Slice Types

A slice establishes a logical application boundary among resources in one or more Kubernetes clusters. There are currently two supported slice types: an application slice and a replication slice. An application slice is created to segment and manage applications hosted in one or more clusters from the other applications that may be running in those clusters. A replication slice is created to move a segment of applications (and their data) from one cluster to another.
