Release Notes for Obliq AI SRE Agent Version 1.2.0
Release Date: 6th November 2025
Obliq is your agentic AI platform purpose-built for engineering teams automating quality, resilience, and velocity across the stack. From test generation to anomaly detection, incident management, root cause analysis and auto-remediation, Obliq's AI SRE agents act like 24/7 site reliability copilots, reducing toil and accelerating incident resolution.
We continue to add new features and enhancements to Obliq.
What's New 🔈
Cloud and Service Integrations
The Obliq AI SRE Agent seamlessly integrates with AWS, Kubernetes, and OpenAI to enable intelligent monitoring, automation, and reasoning across cloud and AI ecosystems.
A new Integrations section is now available in the AI SRE Agent console sidebar, providing a centralized interface to configure and manage these connections.
Each integration requires specific credentials to establish secure and authorized access:
-
AWS Integration: Configure an AWS Key Pair to allow the AI SRE Agent to access and manage your cloud resources for infrastructure insights and automation. For more information, see AWS.
-
Kubernetes Integration: Upload a valid KubeConfig file to enable the agent to connect with your clusters for workload monitoring and event-driven remediation. For more information, see Kubernetes.
-
OpenAI Integration: Add your OpenAI API Key to allow the agent to interact with AI models for reasoning, natural language analysis, and intelligent recommendations. For more information, see OpenAI.
After the services are configured, the AI SRE Agent can correlate data across these platforms—linking infrastructure state, cluster health, and AI-driven insights to deliver proactive observability and autonomous incident management.
Human-AI Synergy in Incident Management
The Incident RCA page now includes a new parameter to enhance human coordination. You can provide feedback on RCA findings and attach supporting evidence so the AI SRE Agent can generate a recalibrated RCA based on the new information.
For more information, see Perform Human-in-the-Loop RCA.
What's Improved 🔈
Account Creation
To use the Obliq AI SRE Agent console, a first-time user must create his own account and use their login credentials for subsequent logins.
For more information, see Create an Account.
Incident RCA
The Incident RCA page now offers an enhanced user experience with a detailed set of attributes and metadata displayed for each incident. The page layout and data presentation have been refined to improve readability and navigation. Each incident now includes contextual attributes such as Symptoms, Confidence Score, and Topology Impact to support faster root cause analysis. The redesigned interface provides a cleaner view of incident details and related metrics.
For more information, see Track and Manage Incident RCAs.
