OCI Image Name Resolution Support

Smart Karpenter now supports referencing Oracle Kubernetes Engine (OKE) worker node images using a display name instead of the full OCI image OCID. By specifying the image display name in spec.imageName, Smart Karpenter automatically resolves it to the correct OCID through Oracle Cloud Infrastructure APIs. This enhancement streamlines configuration management and ensures accurate image selection during node provisioning.
